2. What we collect and why

Contact form

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: name, company, email address, phone number, country, the subject you choose and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for a quote or sample, to prepare and follow up that quotation. The enquiry is sent to us by email and stored in our business mailbox and, where relevant, our customer records. We keep enquiries for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate reason to retain them, and delete them on request.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Hostinger) records standard technical data for each request - IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type - for security and to keep the site running. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address in the process. Google's privacy policy applies to that request. No other third-party scripts, analytics or embedded content run on this site.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Legal basis

We process contact-form data because you ask us to (steps prior to a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the website.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Enquiry data is shared only with our own offices in the USA, the UK and Canada and with service providers who host our website and email (Hostinger) under their terms of service. Data may be transferred between these countries for the purpose of answering your enquiry.
